On a crowded city street, selfishly taking up more than one parking spot, leaving gaps in front of and behind the vehicle that are to small for anyone else to park in. Usually done by visitors driving large vehicles they can't figure out how to parallel park

That soccermom is overparking her SUV in front of my house, now I can't park and unload my groceries!

Overwanking

Mostly used in the debating community. Overwanking means that you’re hyping up a fictional character by saying they are significantly stronger and more powerful than they actually are without much to back it up.

Example
Overwanker - Naruto & Sasuke can blow up Planets.

Normal Person - No they can’t, thats overwanking them.

overpassing

A dangerous and illegal game where participants throw rocks or other objects (such as sandbags or shopping carts) from the top of an overpass at passing cars below. There are at least 2 known cases (from Michigan and Ohio respectively) in which teens playing a game of overpassing killed a car's passenger and faced murder charges.

3 Michigan teens were charged with the murder of Kenneth White who died from a deadly game of overpassing.
