i am not exactly sure but it is in the song "alpha dog" which is sung by fall out boy. actually quite a good song! megalomainia is when you become obsessed with grandiose or extravagant things or actions. i have no idea how this involves this song.

Omegalomaniac 

From the last Fall Out Boy single before their undefined hiatus, Alpha Dog. It goes with the word "megalomaniac," which is basically thinking your the shit, with the o added on the front so it looks like "omega" (To go with Alpha Dog). It's actually quite a good song.
