Someone who constantly says the n-word and is slow. Someone who has this a bad sense of humor and is a sped. People with the Omalley Syndrome is slow and comprehends information slower than others. Someone who only wears under armor, and smells like shit. People with this syndrome may also be very bad at video games.
“This kid says the the n-word so much, he may have Omalley Syndrome”
“This kid at our lunch table may have Omalley Syndrome, he cannot understand and contribute to our conversations.”

Usually used in a sentence in which the speaker talks rather quickly or uses "gangsta talk."
