Short for "Oops, I Did It Again," a noun used when a celebrity has engaged in an embarassing act in public.

Did you see Britney's oidia? She got out of that car and had no panties on.

Dude, I saw the video of the Brazilian model doing her boyfriend at the beach. That was a nice oidia.
