an utterly foolish, Silly or senseless person.

If someone says something "silly" you can refer to them as a nutbar.

Nutbar Nuts

Going your absolute craziest you can without being influenced by anything. This is usually something that will only happen a few times in your life. It is one of the greatest feelings there are.

Jenna: Boy, I'm real bored tonight
Leah: Well why don't you go nutbar nuts?
Jenna: That's a good idea
Leah: WOOO!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!
Later
Jenna: This feels FANTASTIC!
