A caffeine overdose, specifically the feeling you get from ingesting an entire bottle of nos energy drink
Man, I totally nosverdosed after having like 3 bottles of nos and 2 monsters last night at the movies. My leg wouldn't stop twitching the entire time and I didn't get to bed until 6 am! I still feel wired!
