1. (noun)person who acts like a noob , flaming everybody in game, on forums, in public with stupid arguments.
2. (adj)noobish person who enjoy swearing , anti-social n00b ;

usage :
1. No doubt he is a noobutard since he does nothing but talking cheap about.
2. This noobutard guy must be put in jail.
