Someone in the Air Force who was once a flightline maintainer but has been moved to a non-flightline or "nonner" job.

Airman- Did you hear SSgt Jones got moved to the office?

Co-worker- Yeah, He was pretty useless so he was lateraly promoted to the flight office. I guess he's a nontainer now.

Neontaster's Law

Like Godwin's Law but for North Korea instead of Hitler.
Originally coined by an idiot fan of twitter user Neontaster after George Takei tweeted some smug bullshit about how crowds have to stand for the national anthem in North Korea, thus likening Trump to Kim Jong Un. Neontaster retweeted Takei's tweet with the suggestion that there needs to be some kind of Godwin's Law for North Korea.
