To be niggatrous is to act in the manner of one who is a nigger. It is not a racist term, as to call someone niggatrous is not to call them a nigger, but it is in fact to point out that they are acting in the manner of a nigger.
'Be quiet, you niggatrous harlot.'
'You may not be a nigger, but you are certainly niggatrous to the extreme.'
