A feeling that after you've had a large meal you get a feeling of wanting to go to sleep usually black people get this sympton.

Tyrone- "Damn yo I just ate mad soulfood, now I want to go to sleep."

Uncle June Bug- "Of course nigga you got that syndrome niggarosis."
