A person into computers, dungeon & dragons, sci-fi and the like who, during high school suffered from acne, had glasses and hung out like souls. This person then went on to college, got some acne meds, fashionable glasses and blossomed into an fairly attractive man who is still into computers, dungeons & dragons, sci-fi.
Newgeeks are often known to become black wearing, goth/industrial listening, compulsive shirt tucking professional which an oddly attactive ladykilling persona. Often also have gigantic penises.

Neogeeks are geeks who, in every sense, should be classified as an alpha-male/female because they have alpha qualities (good looks, advanced social skills, humour etc.) but chose to forsake that life in order to do things they like, which may or may not be geeky things. But mostly geeky.

Girl 1: Oh my god. That guy is so freaking hot, but he's obsessed with dungeons and dragons!

Girl 2: Yeah, he's totally a neogeek.
