nagot:
the small sweaty poo covered piece of toilet paper that ends up between your nut sack and anus.
usually created by incorrect wiping, long periods without showers,and or complete lack of personal hygene.
some countries consider the nagot to be a delicacy only to be enjoyed be the upper class.
