Moistverse

The word to describe the event that took place over the internet (specifically YouTube) from November of 2021 to January 2022. The Moistverse was based on the YouTuber and Twitch Streamer Charles White, aka Moist Critikal, aka Penguinz0. The Moistverse was a meme where people who looked like Charlie, but where different in certain ways, (IE. different race, gender, age, etc.) would film themselves quoting his iconic “WOOOOO! YEAAAH BABY, THATS WHAT IVE BEEN WAITING FOR, THATS WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT! WOOO!” line. This meme picked up traction and was recognized by Penguinz0, and was soon dubbed The Moistverse, colliding the term Moist and Verse (as in like Spiderverse, or Multiverse, referring to parallel universes).
