A word invented in The Noise, located in Grey County, Ontario. The word was invented during a party to commemorate the 75th anniversary of skoal. A moitler is a person who does not enjoy shotgunning beers, dipping skoal and eating roadkill.
Doug: "Hey Gord did you see that guy over there who didn't eat that dead raccoon?"
