Often by breaking the job up into smaller tasks that anyone can do. This way of doing things may also include a lot of machines. The machines do most of the work.

mcdonaldization is leading to a simpler world; one day, the machines will take over and we'll have ourselves to blame for relinquishing all control to technology all for convenience.
