This term has no specific assigned meaning. It's a word we made up when I was in college.

Eventually it (manafestisus) assumed a negative connotation, as you will see in the examples.

A universal holiday designating the beginning of a calendar year when people come together to share their intentions to manifest positive changes to their lives as well as others.

Breadhead 

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".
A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
