The Loogootee Steamroller
The sexual act of the male dragging his scrotum across the partners body in such a way that your nutsack acts as a steamroller on the partners body. This can be done both by starting at the legs and then steamrolling upwards toward the head or starting at the head and rolling your way down. Other fun things that can be done is performing the act after ejaculating on the partners body to act as lube or "ice on the road." The partner can also stick their tongue out for the steamroller to have a nice little hill to go over. This is named after the legendary town of Loogootee Indiana in which the act is performed daily by the locals.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
