loljo 

An event or series of events during which someone's distinct lack of presence usually despite earlier agreement or promise of presence. Until now referred to as 'pulling a Jo' loljo is used to express this is a neater and more subtle way.

person 1: Man 'x' hasn't showed up again and she promised she would be here.
person 2: loljo

A lolmops is the name for a person who tells silly jokes and tries to be cool.

Cindy: Hey Billy, what's the best way to catch a fish?

Billy: I don't know.

Cindy: Have someone throw it at you!

Billy: O my God, you're such a lolmops.

1. Used as a derogatory term, indicating your humor at their "Nobheadish" behaviour. Usually after a fail, or stupid comment.

2. Used to describe a person that has nobhead-like qualities, but in a humorous way

(n) A person or group of people laughed at for actions that they take, despite not trying to be funny. They may try to take themselves seriously, but are often “milked” for laughs with or without their knowledge

Teams like the browns, Oilers, redskins and grizzlies are some of the greatest lolcows in over the past decade in the world of sports
