More generally known as oesje.
Loesjes are very scary, white-haired monstrosities. They're not usually seen in public, but if you were to stumble upon one, DON'T WORRY.
Their vision is based on movement. If you slowly drop to the ground and stop breathing, they'll eventually move away.
