The act of tossing something, preferably a loaf of something i.e. meatloaf, pumpkin loaf, a loaf of bread, but anything works, behind you, above your head while facing the other way.
Chan is such a good loaf tosser, she nailed that middle schooler right in the face with a stuffed unicorn without even looking!
