Refers to someone that continuously asks you for money or is always begging for your last cent. They are always after all the money you have in your pocket...hence the lint.
:"Hey Jeff...can I have like...20 bucks?"
(sigh) "Alright Fred"

"Dammit Fred, your such a lint muncher."
