Lawn Mower Parent 

Named after the device to cut your grass. A lawn mower parent is a parent who intervenes or "mows down" any inconvenience or discomfort that stands before their child.
At a fast food restaurant*

note* the teen is shy and is afraid to order it for them self

15 year old: Mom, I want to get an ice cream.

Mother: (Instead of telling their child to grow tf up) Okay, I'll get it for you. What do you want honey?

church hurt 

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.
