That's basically it.
The term has it origins from Project Gotham Racing: "kudos". But that wasn't cool enough, so using it on the internet, you wanna be using "kudoz" with a Z.

Kudzai 

A Kudzai is a most intelligent being, humple, peacefull, kind, beautiful in all ways & meek. In honesty, a Kudzai is extreme, too intense for mere words; he works hard & diligently, wasting no time nor effort and knows how to play even harder. A Kudzai knows and understands how to love deeply - inwardly & outwardly and very tender and caring traits are found in a Kudzai. A Kudzai is very perceptive and knows who to look out for - he becomes protective of those he loves. He is great at giving you smiles when you most need one & serves as a great companion, friend and lover.

However, a Kudzai is a force to be reckoned with, he's very vengful and plans and schemes his revenge very meticulously. On his take down he would turn your world upside down, tear asunder your illusions, and send the sanctuary of your own ignorance crashing down around you.

Man, i wish i was like Kudzai.

Kudo Shinichi 

Kudo Shinichi is a death magnet who 'One day, when he was at a theme park with his childhood sweetheart, Mouri Ran. He encountered some men in black involved in some shady business.' Being the noisy hot meitantei we all know him as, he followed and watch them trade guns with cash. Being extremely interested in the shade, he failed to notice the other man in black sneaking behind him and knocking him out with a stick/baseball bat/pole (depends on which movie/anime episode you were watching) and fell unconscious.

For some unknown reason, Gin was feeling weirdly kind and decided to feed him the pill that our favourite girl Miyano Shiho aka Sherry was working on at the time. So Shinichi swallowed it and guess what? He shrunk, into an identity he now currently use most often, Edogawa Conan.

A: He's such a Kudo Shinichi, no matter where he go something bad happens, like a murder or a robbery.
B: But he's so hot and smart and popular!
A: Exactly.
