A slang term from the ancient Italians which means: annoying, selfish, retarded, bitchy behavior, and a nuisance. Over the ages people who are Jewish were known as "kravtsov"s for there selfish behavior toward money, and there long invisible devil horns... most "kravtsov"s come from Russia in the present day.
