Knotwad is a derogatory name to call someone else that refers to a man's genitals (twig & berries).

You always act like such a knotwad when you get stressed out.

Person A: My boyfriend won't call me back. He is being such a kotwad. I'm going to sleep in front of his door so he will have to talk to me before he leaves for work in the morning.

Person B: Whatever, knotwad.
