Knob Cheese Toasty

The act of collecting 50 grams of curdled smegma from a group of unwashed males. Thes smegma is then placed between two slices of toast and then pressed together. The product is then chopped into triangles and consumed.

Damn thats one good muthafuckin knob cheese toasty.
