To kloun. The result of partying excessively with copious amounts of alcohol, possibly mixed with excessive amounts of adderall followed by many dabs/bong rips. In certain instances, significant quantities of sugary candy, pastries, burritos and/or pizza will be consumed once the klouning has commenced. When one goes so hard he is unable to dekloun at any rate that would be acceptable by societal standards.
Bill: Dude Kloun went really hard last night.
Reid: Yeah man, he got so klouned he couldn't even make it out to the Hangee Upee.
