a small town in saskatchewan Canada that is home to many farmers and country kids, population 300, known for sports teams and chicken barn parties....way better then ituna(rival town) but then again thats not hard. is not pronounced as kill a whore or kell i har...we get touchy...kelliher also produces the most successfull,nicest, and best people you will ever meet...anyone who tells you different is a lying asshole
