1. The act of jay walking in an extremely blatant and/or dangerous manner. This behavior is common in dense urban areas, and often vexes the already angry motorists in such places.

2. Jay walking to such an extreme that it's no longer "j" but "k."

Look at that asshole kay walking! Douchebag is gonna wind up street pizza.
