Katwas are people missing a whole penis owing to genital mutilation practiced among certain fanatic groups. Our body is our only prized possession and this part of them is torn off and left scarred, leaving them emotionally, intellectually and sexually challenged. They end up surrendering life's best experiences, high paying jobs and women that want to be satisfied in bed to those with wholesome dicks.
