kölsch 

Maybe one of the best german local beers. It can be only brewed in the near of the city of Cologne. You drink it in small glasses and it tastes light compared to other german beer. It is clear with a bright, straw-yellow hue similar to a standard German pale lager.

You: One Kölsch please!
