Medical condition whereas semen is aspirated in the respiratory system, thus causing a specific strain of pneumonia.

Jenny mistakenly laughed whilst performing fellatio on her beau, Inadvertently aspirating her lovers semen in to her lungs. She was later diagnosed with multi-lobar jizzmonia.
