slang term used to describe people who stay up for days on crystal meth and tech out, doing stuff like taking things apart into little tiny pieces, drawing intricate designs, obsessively cleaning or performing other repetitive and pointless tasks with an intensity that is typical of meth users.

Jib Technician

A person who builds or modifies already prebuilt things high on meth, thinking that their make-shift modification has improved the object and convinced they are a jack of all trades who can "fix" almost anything. Kind of like a flailed out MacGyver or an on-one Mike Holmes. Often times than not, the jib technician that wants to learn the anatomy of, for example, a laptop, the tech will flail it apart and put it back together with some screws or pieces of the laptop missing thinking that it will be fine.
