A downhill spiral attitude in which one believes one is living in dystopia - prompted by the fact that one lives in New Jersey, where nobody smiles.

Joey: "This concert probably won't be that good. I doubt it will be worth it"
Jimmy: "Dude, what do you have Jerseyitis, this concert at PNC Bank Art Center's gonna rock."

Loves his Mom, all animals, helping cook dinner to share by the fireplace while the moonlight shines through the stained glass window of his humble woodsy Jersey abode...

People always feel safe around a true Jerseyguy as whatever it is that he exudes maintains a peaceful and stable environment... nothing will go wrong... just sharing and closeness.
