Jackknocker

A person who knocks jacks or "knocks them up".

It can also be a gruop of people who are extremely obnoxious, so obnoxious these people talk a language of their own, similar to some other languages but it sounds like complete giberish.

2. Someone who doesn't have a clue
3. Someone who is told several times the same information
4. Businessly correct term for "moron"
