a term meaning an insult disguised as a compliment. Used by wannabe bitches who don't have the balls to just come out and say it

"Wow you look really nice! ... compared to yesterday"

(or when you've put on weight since u last saw the giver of the insultliment)
"You're looking very ... *looks you up and down* ... healthy"

i told my dad he needs to start watching something other than the o'reilly factor. all that insultainment's no good for his blood pressure!
