Innufriendo

A friend who you may or may not be closest with who is completely comfortable with making any sort of sexual joke or discussing anything sexual or even sexually vulgar with you. Can be either male or female. A direct result of combining the words "innuendo" and "friend."

Innuendo+Friend=Innufriendo

Friend: Did that guy just tell you he had anal for the first time last night?
You: Oh, thats okay.. He's my innufriendo.

You:I didn't tell Ron I finally slept with Jenny..
Friend: Yeah Ron's not really an innufriendo.
