The only true infintaeneous moment is one which started at the beginning of time. so we can't have an infintaeneous moment start now. It's often used as a metaphor. The antonym of infintaeneous is instantaeneous

The certain ability of a thing or an entity to stay infinite throughout its life-time, until it chooses to destruct or die, willingly or unwillingly due to certain instictintive or natural conditions.
