In a card game of "31", and you have lost. If you were next in line to deal the cards before you lost; and someone gives you the cards to deal, you can deal yourself back in the game. Thus you (in-dealt) yourself.
(In a game of 31, if a dealer deals a player in that has already lost, they are automatically back in.)
(Can apply to other games where that rule applies)

Fogey/fogy /fougi/ sl. (early 18C+, orig. Scot) old-fashioned, stuck-in-the mud.
Person with old fashioned ideas which he is unwilling to change: Come to the disco and stop being such an old fogey!
