This person, place or thing that you speak of is just so great and exciting that you want EVERYONE to immerse themselves in it, to just bask in the thrill. Not to be confused with something that is just "all hype" This is the good hype, with good outcomes, something that you shouldn't be afraid to get all excited about, to vibe with.
