a combination of the words hot and thing, usually referring to a person who is extremely attractive. It may also be used to describe an action, as in becoming or preparing yourself to look hot.

2) Boy: Hey, what's up
Girl: hothin
Boy: Oh, so you're gettin ready for a party?
Girl: Yup :)
