A phrase of intense joy! Usually used by Cape Bretoners. Originated by a genius, Katie. Sometime in French Class 06 with numerous friends. Became popular in Sydney.

Me: Holy crap did you see Ray lose his pants?!
You: HAHA yes! It was a hoot & a half!
