Used as a term of endearment towards a friend, but that is still on the mean side. Used to call a friends a hoe or bitch because they did something but is meant to say it in a more friendly or playful way and not a I'm gonna kick your ass kinda way. It has a wider range of uses.

Sammi just got the number of a guy you were checking out at the party, she's such a hoeknuckle. Or. You hoeknuckle !!!

Used to describe a completely unrealistic fight sequence.
