herrbear

Someone who repeatedly puts in as little effort as possible into all aspects of their life. Can be likened to one who would hibernate for most of the year, given the opportunity. Not to be confused with a werebear.

Man 1: "Did you hear, Tom just dropped out of college."

Man 2: "That herrbear would drop out of life if he could."
