La Habra heights
The City of La Habra Heights is located within
the eastern portion of Los Angeles County within
the geographic center of the greater Los
Angeles metropolitan area. Even though the
community is located within the second largest
urban population center in the United States,
the topography and setting contributes to the
City’s rural character. Compared to other
communities located in Southern California,
there are few areas located further from the
regional freeway network.
The City, with just over 6 square miles in total
land area, is a community of singular natural
beauty. The views of the local hills and the
abundant open space lands, with their trees,
shrubs, grasslands and thriving wildlife, stand in
sharp contrast to the dense suburban
development found within the neighboring cities.
Maintaining that contrast, and protecting the
City’s natural and rural environment, is a major
focus of this General Plan. it is a rich neighborhood and it is possible to live there for years and never see your neighbors

Small-ish city in the northwest corner of Orange County, California. Also known as "Guadalahabra" for its significant Latino population.

La Habra
An OC City, right next to Brea, Fullerton, La Mirada, and Rowland Heights. Used to be really nice, but has kind of gone to shit over the years. It's lower income, and so it has the beautiful moniker of "the Gheto of Brea". It is also home to a very large Hispanic population.

Omar habra
Omar habra is an amazing guy, hes extremely obsessed with cars, bikes and gym. He’s one of the most mature and amazing people you’re ever gonna meet. If he wants something he’ll always do his best to get it and he’s the most loyal person you’re ever gonna meet and if you get close to a omar habra he’ll cherish you like nothing you’ve ever seen. He’s always gonna make fun of you and call you fat but thats just his way of being nice. Most omar habra’s are blonde buy they dont wanna admit it so just dont bring it up unless you wanna piss them off, they think they have big noses but their noses are actually fine, and their short. Omar habras are great bestfriends to have.

Habeas Corpus
The right of habeas corpus is the constitutionally bestowed right of a person to present evidence before a court that he or she has been wrongly imprisoned.
The law just can't keep you locked up, execute you, or decide your fate without a determination of whether you've committed a crime or not.
Section 9 of the US constitution states - The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.

Since September 11th, Habeas Corpus has been suspended and the government has the right to execute enemy combatants without trial. They've also passed law that they can execute American citizens without trial as well if they are considered a threat.
President Bush and Lincoln are the only two presidents to suspend Habeas Corpus and it is still currently suspended under the Obama administration (2010) giving the federal government full rights to assassinate whom ever they deem necessary without accusation or trial.
