To be forced to feel guilt often by making someone believe they deserve guilt even if they do not.
This is often done through, "Agitprop" or agitation combined with propaganda used to shape public opinion.
The most common use of this in modern times is white guilt. As people are faced with guiltinization upon the entirety of a group regardless of having done nothing to anyone, not having the ability to change what has happened, or whether or not they agree with or have any direct influence in the actions of the guilty party. For example if your parent shot and killed someone and escaped the country but left you behind should the punishment be served by you?
