Goosebumps

Condition of your skin when you are in a cold environment. You'll temporarily get little bumps on your skin. Sometimes your hair on your arms/legs etc will stand straight up as well.
It is a mechanism to protect your body for the cold.

It can also occur while listening to very good music or in terrifying situations.

It is a bit chilly outside. I got goosebumps on my arm.
This song is so amazing it gave me goosebumps!
