a portmanteau of GOD and COMPLEX . A complex as used in psychology is a system of interrelated, emotion-charged ideas, feelings, memories, and impulses that is usually repressed and that gives rise to abnormal or pathological behavior.
Godplex therefore infers that a person may have abnormal feelings about God , or being a God – ideas of superiority. As defined above, usually resulting from being oppressed oneself.
