A Gnoble is an unidentified life form that can change into anything and anyone and it is impossible to determine if something is a Gnoble but much easier to determine if someone is a Gnoble by noticing them eating plastic which they don't do very often.

They make a strange noise before killing and can only me killed by being urinated on by male human beings.

Person 1: "Yo Jake is acting weird"
Person 2: "What makes you think that"
Person 1: "He just ate my water bottle"
Person 2: "He must be a Gnoble, don't touch him unless you want Herpes"
Jake (Gnoble): "NEEHAHAHAHEEHAAAW"

A nonsensical phrase that found it's origin in the film "Freaks" (1932). In the movie it is chanted by geniune deformed people at a wedding ceremony.

I can be used as a chant in an acceptance ceremony, or as a comical phrase to those familiar with it's origins.

Has been used on the television shows "South Park" and "Clerks: the Animated Series".
