In online 3D first person games like WoW, Call of Duty, Battlefield, Second Life etc, where a person instead of paying attention to the conversation or what they should be doing, instead just cams around themselves to get a better look at their avatar in a very narcisstic way.

Joe: Yeah it's just that my chick avatar's butt is so cute. I am a glamcam addict.
